FAMILY—FAITH—!

After graduating from Howard Payne University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education in 1979, Kelly Koepp answered an ad seeking “outgoing, sports-minded and competitive” individuals. He thought it concerned the sale of athletic equipment, so he went for an interview. Instead, this venture proposed the selling of insurance products for the Combined American Insurance Company of America. Despite being told “you can’t do that,” he made the decision to pursue what turned out to be a lifelong venture as a career insurance agent.

In 1980, there was a knock on his door. He welcomed Don Dobbins, Alan Witten and Bobby Brown into his home. A couple of weeks later, Kelly attended training classes in Dallas, Texas, for TLC National Marketing Company. As the old expression goes, “the rest is history”.

His plan was to stick it out for 10 years. He’s recently started his 47th year, helping individuals, groups, and organizations. During that time, Kelly earned the respect of his peers, leading the way in sales production, setting trends, and earning “salesman of the year” three times from two organizations between 1986 and 1996. In 2010, he completed the “Elite Producer’s Group Lifetime Member” status for Allstate Benefits. Only 20 agents nationwide have earned that honor.

Kelly works tirelessly with The Way True Financial Solutions representatives, helping in various forms of salesmanship as their Vice President of Marketing, setting the pace and leading the way.

He owns and operates the Personal Insurance Solutions agency in Uvalde, Texas.

Freida’s journey is rooted in discipline, resilience, and a passion for helping others succeed. A former competitive gymnast, she built her career as a coach, trainer, and gym manager before launching her own innovative gymnastics business for children. Her unique mobile gym model—bringing gymnastics directly to childcare facilities—grew into a thriving multi-unit operation.

Like many entrepreneurs, Freida faced significant challenges during the COVID-19 shutdowns, which ultimately forced the closure of her business. Undeterred, she pivoted into direct sales and gym management, where she quickly made a measurable impact on growth and performance.

Recruited to The Way True Life Solutions, Freida achieved immediate success as a top sales performer, rapidly advancing into management and leadership. Today, she plays a key role in driving organizational growth, expanding product lines, and strengthening team performance.
